The primary focus of the company is to aid small businesses with their Human Resources needs. April has over 15 years of exempt level human resources experience. She has provided the expertise necessary to shape and develop the human capital of many small businesses. April has partnered with corporate executive officers, business leaders, managers, and sole proprietors to enhance their human resources function across a variety of industries. As a nationally-certified professional in human resources, she is a highly sought-after speaker and trainer on a variety of human resources topics. Her extensive background and continued study of human resources trends has made her a master at interpreting HR audits and employee surveys, and writing policies.
